Retreats are always on Friday nights, 7-10 p.m. at James Reeb Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 2146 E. Johnson St., Madison, WI 53704, phone 608-242-8887.

On-street parking available on the side of the building or in the neighborhood. Small parking lot in the back of the building is also available.

Bring yourself, loose clothing, and the willingness to speak from the heart. Light food is provided.

Dana (“giving”) of $10-20 helps us pay for the room and supplies. Only give if you can afford to. This, too, should be sustainable for you. Your donation makes the group sustainable.

We also have a forum that can be used for discussions, etc. We’ll see how it goes. Just pick a name and password to register and then explore. Link is “Swabi Forum” above. Why “swabi” — don’t know, affectionate nickname for people who come to the retreats…Sustainable Well-Being = SWB + some fun vowels = swabi.
